Material specification

1. Reno mattress: mechanically woven double twisted hexagonal type zinc + PVC coated mattress (reno mattress) of mesh wire dia: 2.2/3.2 mm; mesh type: 6 × 8 with mechanical selvedge wire.
   1. Thickness of reno mattress: 0.17 m, 100000 Sqm.
   2. Thickness of reno mattress: 0.23 m, 100000 Sqm.
2. PVC coated gabion mattress: mechanically woven double twisted hexagonal type zinc + pvc coated gabion mattress of mesh wire dia: 2.7/3.7 mm; mesh type: 10 × 12 with mechanical selvedge wire.
   1. Thickness of gabion mattress = 0.3 m, 30,000 CUM.
   2. Thickness of gabion mattress = 0.5 m, 50,000 CUM.
3. Gabion box made with mechanically woven, double twisted hexagonal shaped wire mesh with wire made high ductile MS wire with heavy class of galvanization with an additional layer of PVC coating with mesh type of 10 × 12 as per EN 10233 & ASTM A975, mesh wire of 2.7 mm (id) / 3.7 mm double twisted by mechanically wrapping the mesh wire around at least 2.5 times, mechanically selveged at the edges. 65,000 CUM.
